This was when Ghazzi was studying at the Faculty of Law. He went on to become one of the finest legal-minds in Syria, co-authoring the Syrian Constitution in 1928 and becoming minister of justice, then prime minister under presidents Shukri al-Quwatli and Hashim al-Atasi in the 1950s.
