Mohammad Naji al-Otari and Recep Tayyip Erdogan inspect the site for the Friendship Dam, which was eventually canceled in 2011, due to outbreak of the Syrian revolt. It was to be constructed on the Orontes River between al-Allani vilalge in Syria and Ziyaret in Turkey.
